"Worst service..... I had got my One Plus screen replaced, he got the screen fixed but the volume button (physical button on the side) and the navigation buttons (near fingerprint sensor) stopped working. When I called the person he said that he will get the same repaired but then stopped responding to my messages and answering my calls, have called him 15-20 times in last 2-3 days. Update: The Shop Owner took my mobile in the morning of 26/5 and told me that will return the same by evening of 26/5, when i called him in the evening, he told me he hasnt repaired the mobile yet and will give it to me in the morning of 27/5. When I called him up in the morning, he said he is repairing the mobile and will give it to me in the evening of 27/5 by 4 PM. Now its 7 PM 27/5 and the person has stopped responding to my calls. Update 30 May : Returned the mobile, half screen cracked, half touchscreen not working. He said that I will need to pay again for a new screen. Devastated, never go to his shop."
